Fabric Mini Album
This was the project for March over at Vanilla Sugar
I found some plain fabric (happened to be the waste from a bottom of a pair of curtains) cut 14 pieces to 5"x4" then covered each piece with gesso and left to dry.
I then stitched the pictures I had chosen to the pages & decorated each page using all sorts of embellishments making sure to leave a small gap around each edge.
Next I stitched the pages together (making sure that the backs and the front were in the right order!!)
Then I set eylets on the edge and threaded them onto book rings. I didn't add any ribbon to the rings as it's a pressie for my DH
The theme of the book was my DH and our boy dog Rodney, the 2 of them have a great bond as you will see from the pictures

I'm not really that great at mini books but I was rather pleased with how this one turned out
