And my take
This picture of Rodney dozing on the back door step has sort of a pinkish tinge to it and these really old papers by Basic Grey matched it well, I was inspired by a scrapper whose work I admire very much - Heather Jacob - the queen of distressing and fab backgrounds go check her work out!
I had great fun creating the background with inks, stamps & stitching & I mixed the sketch up a bit replacing the 2 pictures with a couple of these old WRMK metal circles/brads and then moving the 3 banners over to the right. The threads came about quite by accident when I looked down I had inadvertantly glued some under one of the layers after cutting them off the back, but I liked it and so added more LOL
The team over at CS did an awesome job this week go take a look, but a warning: Be prepared to be heavily inspired!!
