Had a great day yesterday despite the weather. The in-laws came down to the chalet for a visit we had some lunch and then we all went for a long walk over to Burgh Island, which has nothing on it just a pub and a hotel and a ruined building at the top. There are great views and it's so peaceful. Peggy had her longest walk so far and she was pooped walking back (I think Dianne rather enjoyed walking her on the lead)

Typically when we got back to the chalet the rain stopped and out popped the sun.We waved bye to Dianne and Steve and then Leon took Rodders for a pebble throwing marathon on the beach, that dog can never have enough!!

I settled down for some scrapping with the excuse that Peggy was too tired for any more walking (which she was bless her). Completed another 2 pages that's 6 in total and a record for me my average at home tends to be 1-2 per week!!

Must upload the pics later, still getting used to this laptop and it's not got the easy uploading that I use on the PC at home

Hey 2 days blogging on the trot I am almost impressed with my self. After walking the dogs and finally sussing out how to get the hot water working for a bath I settled down to scrap. Managed to complete another 2 pages. These are the 2 from yesterday, I asked Leon what should the title be for the pizza pic and this is what he came up with, I rather like it, it's a bit quirky, the layered up circle looks a bit like a pizza/plate and was cute so I wanted to add it (not sure it fits really but hey ho)

The 2nd LO is very simple and that is how I am trying to keep them so I can get lots done ( I did bring about 30 pics to choose from)

Well since Peggy has got me up this early I might go and have a cuppa and a read

Am posting from our holiday chalet at Challbourough Bay,the weather is a bit rubbish but the dogs don't seem to mind at all. Quite difficult to dry all the wet clothes we have.

Peggy went for her first walk on Saturday and seemed to quite like it.

Spent a plesant afternoon/evening scrapping and managed to come up with 2 pages, in some ways it's quite nice to just work with what I brought (which was quite a lot considering)

Well the sun has come out again so it's down to the beach with the dogs

Am waiting on a phone call today to find out if we have been accepted as parents to a new puppy! I am so imaptient to find out lol
I am going to attempt this time to blog at least once a week and then maybe graduate to fully fledged blogger by the end of the year(some hope!)
Am going to be doing the dreaded HW today and some organising of my craft room so will be back on tomorrow to update and if I have worked hard enough some pics of my craft room

Not done any scrapping for almost a week have been so very lazy but on the plus side my craft room is getting more and more organised.
Next week is going to see me madly scrapping the remaining pages for Danielle's book, so hopefully I will be able to update with pics and stresses

Well here I am ready to blog but I have nothing to report LOL
Have been madly x stitching a small teddy bear that will be part of a quilt that my neighbour is making up for a lady in the US who has terminal cancer. I should finish it today then it will be straight back to Danielle's book which has to be finished by the 9/10th of Nov ready for her 21st birthday on the 11th. Its an 8 x 8 cosmo cricket heritage album and I have 12 pages done so far (will attempt to post pics soon).
